Successfully Argued and Won Eviction Trial

As the property management and real estate development needs of our company have increased over the last year, I've had the need to enlist the services of various eviction attorneys. In particular we’ve hired attorneys who specialize in the challenge of negotiating the voluntary vacancy of tenants f...rom rent stabilized properties, who have violated the terms their lease terms. I can state without equivocation that Yousef Monadjemi has been the most diligent and consistently effective at obtaining the exact results, which our company was seeking to achieve. The careful and diligent management of the unlawful detainer process is a tricky matter from start to finish. These days, a landlord is often faced with the costly challenge of litigating an eviction before a jury, against of the many of the tenants rights law firms in Los Angeles, who aggressively pursue litigation in the hope of winning attorney fees judgments against property owners. Yousef has enabled my company to avoid such costly litigation and achieve the move-out of tenants. In the instances where our company chose to pursue litigation in order to aggressively assert our rights in order to have an apartment returned to our possession, Yousef has litigated a groundbreaking case for us before one of the toughest courts in Los Angeles, and he has won. When Yousef is handling a case for our company, phone calls are always returned, questions were always researched and answered and risk assessments of strategies were always presented in written format that was easy to understand. I recommend Yousef without hesitation. The work that he’s done for our company has been integral to our success in 2015.

Excellent Lawyer

Yousef was one of the best lawyer on our difficult case and manage to fix our old case and start a new case and taking care of both case. He manage to win the case and at the end everything came out good. Thank you Yousef for all you help. I will definitely refer him.

Excellent Attorney for Tenant/Landlord Court Cases

We lived in an illegal dwelling were the landlord was trying to scare us into leaving . I gave yousef a call & the very next morning he returned my call . He's not like other attorneys who expect you to " make it quick " when your explaining your situation. He took his time to listen & understand my ...situation as well as a clarfying what our rights were as tenants. He gave us the confidence into not being bullied by our landlord. Any question or concern we had, he was quick to respond & as well as with any documents that were needed. Any decisions / settlements that had to be made, he made sure to ask for our opinions & then gave us his input . It's very clear that he looks out for the best interest of the client . I would most definitely hire him again .

Trustworthy Attorney

I had an eviction case and have hired someone else already. The case got complicated and noticed that my initial attorney was not ready to continue with my case. I hired Yousef and have nothing but the best experience. Yousef proved to be very professional, dedicated, responsive even late nights an...d weekends and practical as to what’s in the best interest of the client. Yousef fees are reasonable and service beyond any expectations. Yousef was a pleasure to work with. Good communication is vital when dealing with eviction or any type of litigation. I can't stress enough how responsive he is. He responds right away to all correspondence. We had many questions along the way and he knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend and endorse this attorney without hesitation. He is intelligent, prepared, knowledgeable, and thorough. He always kept me updated with the status of our case, always promptly responded to emails and phone calls, and delivered excellent results. I would highly recommend him.

Great Attorney

Yousef worked with me on an unlawful detainer case; I was the tenant. These cases move quickly, and so I was grateful that Yousef was always available to guide me throughout the process. Not only did he provide excellent advice, but he readily answered any question I had at any time.
