Affordable, Effective and Speedy Lawyer

I contacted many lawyers to find out the best one to handle my case. Out of the seven offices, all of them were answered either by a machine or by a receptionist. Inspite of leaving messages, only one returned my call. The lawyer who called back worked with me but he turned out to be very unknowledg...eable about very basic rent control laws. He made me jump through hoops to gather useless information. In frustration I called Atty. Yousef who was the only lawyer who answered his phone himself. I discussed my case with him in person on the same day I called. After preparing the papers we were able to get rid of a tenant who was unlawfully detaining in about a month from filing with the court. His rates were reasonable and worth it. He was knowledgeable about the laws that applied in my case and that proved effective. Evicting someone is not a do it yourself project. Get a good lawyer like Atty. Yousef.

The Best

Attempted to navigate an eviction of a tenant myself however realized I needed help when the tenant obtained an attorney and fought the eviction. Did some quick research online to find an attorney with good reviews and found attorney Monadjemi. Met with him the next day and immediately felt a sense o...f relief. He was professional, confident, straightforward, his prices very reasonable, he spoke in layman's terms so there was never any miscommunication and he responded to all my one question emails almost as quickly as I sent them. The whole process went smoothly, all my requests of the tenants were agreed upon and the tenants were evicted. I would retain attorney Monadjemi in a heartbeat should I ever need assistance with any area of practice he handles.

Man of his word

Working with Yousef was certainly refreshing. Efficient but patient, focussed without losing the broader perspective.. and above all responsive and able to explain the process to the client (me). I can honestly say that working with Yousef made me confident in deciding to renting out my unit again. ...Yousef is not trying to 'sell' you on a positive outcome. He'll realistically project the probabilities, and sincerely guide you through the process.

Mr. Monadjemi; thank you. Thank you for your honesty, integrity, care and professionalism

I am a real estate investor and I have come to accept that evictions are, at times, part of the business. However, finding a competent attorney has been very difficult. I do not mean to be harsh, but I have hired five eviction attorneys in the past and they have been all very bad. I needed a attor...ney who does not miss deadlines, would call me back, not be rude to me, and to keep me informed. Frankly, I don't think that is asking too much. That is why I am ecstatic to have finally found an attorney whom I can trust; Mr. Yousef Monadjemi. The case for which he was hired for was not an easy one. In fact, it was very complicated and took a long time. But I know for a fact that if it were not because of Mr. Monadjemi, it would have taken a lot longer. Not only I am forever his client, but he is the one I would call if I wanted an attorney referral in other fields of law. Why? because he has earned my trust.
