Very disappointed

I hired Yousef Monadjemi to evict a tenant that is living in one of my properties. We agreed on a flat fee of $1500 which included up to a half day of court. But when the tenant requested a jury trial, he became upset and refused to continue working on the case unless I gave an additional $10,000. I... was shocked and When I asked him why I need to pay him an additional $10,000 when his flat fee is $1500 he became hostile and started screaming at me for being cheap and that he stops working on the case until he get the additional $10,000. It felt to me like no less then an extortion. Be aware! FYI, After posting a review sharing my bad experiences with attorney YOUSEF Monadjemi I received an email from him threatening that if I will not remove the review immediately he will sue me for defamation. We will file a bar complaint as well

Skilled Lawyer

Mr. Monadjemi represented my company in a very complex real estate matter. He handled our matter in a professional and skilled manner. I would highly recommend his office for any litigation matter.

Recommending Mr. Yousef Monadjemi

It is rare to find both honesty and efficiency in a lawyer and Mr. Monadjemi exemplifies this lofty combination. I was overseas and my apartment was occupied by renters who'd stopped paying their rent. I was very fortunate to pick his name out from the yellow pages: cold and without recommendation.... When I contacted him from overseas for advise and legal action, he patiently took the time to explain the rent laws to me, and indeed he gave me the correct legal advice and direction. Needless to say, he won the case for me despite some contractual complications; and his invoice was very reasonable. The best thing about my experience with Mr. Monadjemi is that he proved that he was committed to protecting my interests while I was absent from the country, thus saving me many sleepless nights and worry. I highly recommend his legal services, especially to people with complex cases.

Eviction

Mr. Yousef is the best Attorney in the Valley, he helped me evict my tenants.Before I met him and his group I was trying for over 5 months I couldn't do anything. Until I met him and his wonderful group! They really made a change in the amount of time they have given us. He really had the best custom...er service as well he would always check up on me and keep in touch if I ever needed support. I'm really thankful. I would really recommend Mr Yousef! If you need help to evict someone.
