I am a home owner and have used the services of Mr Monadjemi, He is a great and affordable lawyer. He really helped me get rid off some deadbeat tennants and i really recommend him.

Great Lawyer!!

Through some research on my own, I decided to retain Yousef Monadjemi in a landlord/tenant dispute. I have lived in my apartment for almost 11 years and my new, very persistent and unreasonable landlord was taking me to court for the second time. I was not in the position to lose the case and needed ...representation that would accomplish the job! Yousef met those needs in a very professional, timely and proficient manner. As a result, my case was dismissed and I am enjoying my home again, peacefully. My experience with Yousef was very pleasant and I would recommend him for any of your legal issues as either a tenant or a landlord (or any legal area that he specializes, for that matter). He is extremely knowledgeable of the facts and his disposition is calm and reassuring. He is also surprisingly witty and his picture doesn't quite project the casual and amiable side of him. In fact I think he should change his picture to something less "serious and stoic" and I'll have to suggest that to him;-) Rest assured that you can and will feel confident with Yousef's legal expertise and find the process much less daunting than you imagined.

Great Attorney

We have been highly pleased with the legal work Yousef has done for us. What started out as a seemingly simple eviction evolved into something far more complex. Yousef was thorough, knowlegeable and supportive. He was very responsive to all our questions and his fees most reasonable. I would defin...itely hire Yousef again for future legal work.

Do not use this laqyer

This lawyer is not attentive to the details of the law and is relatively inexperienced. In our experience, his goal is to drag things out to profit himself, not help you out.

THE BEST !

I was introduced to MR Monadjemi approximately three years ago. He handled a very difficult and complicated eviction for me (I, being the Landlord) with understanding and compassion. He made the procedure as painless as possible, and went above and beyond what I had expected, and all at a reasonable ...cost to me. I would highly recommend MR Monadjemi to anyone seeking a true legal professional.
