real state eviction

He represented me in seven cases for evictions . i worked with lots of eviction lawyers and were disappointed with almost all for example some of them even sleeping during the trile .i am very happy with yousef so far with every case that he handled .he is very proffetional in his work

Excellent Service.

A small job done right and done quickly.

I got stuck with an annoying tenant on a long lease at below-market rent, and I hope to evict her if I can, so I can sell the property and get myself out of the landlord business. The lease requires her to pay all utility bills, so when she failed to pay her electric bill long enough that the LADWP s...cheduled her power to be shut off, I had cause to evict. Once one has cause to evict, one must follow the rules very carefully, so I contacted Mr Monadjemi to draft a "three day notice to cure or surrender possession", which demanded that she pay the electric bill or face eviction. Mr Monadjemi drafted the notice quickly, for a reasonable fee, with some useful consultation. He also offered to apply the fee for the notice to a flat-rate eviction (also for a fee that sounds reasonable, if I have cause to evict the tenant. Unfortunately, the tenant paid her electric bill, directly to the technician who had been sent out to disconnect her power. Thus I didn't have cause to serve her with the notice, and I can't evict her yet. However, she has been late with rent a few times, and I suspect that it's only a matter of time before she is late enough that I can start the eviction process. At that point, I will consider Mr Monadjemi if his schedule allows.

I was introduced to Mr. Monadjemi by one of his long time clients. I needed his services for commercial eviction cases. This was for a center in a very rural area, which most attorneys shy away from due to the travel distance involved. Mr. Monadjemi handled the cases efficiently, effectively, and ...professionally. He has the patience to explain the legal issues to both professionals and lay people. I would definitely use him again if needed, and would recommend him to others.

i could not have asked for a better lawyer

i needed a lawyer to help me from getting evicted from illegal dwelling. he did all this and more. he guided me through the whole process and kept me informed of everything that was going on. on top of this, he was very reasonable. he actually was able to settle out of court and got me a nice relocat...ion fee to move. ii would highly recommend him for all your legal needs.
