Eviction

My father and I had a great experience with Yousef he was always able to help with the eviction process and answer all our questions. our court date went well and we would always recommend him to anyone trying to evict a tenant

Great Service at a Very Reasonable Price

Yousef has handled two of my evictions and on both he was able to get the tenants out very quickly. Overall I was very pleased with his services and recommend him to all my other friends and colleagues.

Excellent Lawyer, Best Lawyer I ever had

My family always believes in real estate investment. We invested in real estates for more than 20 years. However, due to the bad experiences with some lawyers in the past, I always am very nervous when it comes to dealing with some unreasonable tenants. When one of my tenants made up excuses not to p...ay rent two months ago, I decided not to use any lawyers I used in the past, I decided to look for a lawyer on internet who got the best ratings. Mr. Monadjemi's and two other lawyers' phone numbers popped up on the screen. I called and talked to all three lawyers. Mr. Monadjemi was the only one who was knowledgeable and patient. He explained the whole eviction process to me on the phone and in person. He prepared all the paperwork for me, kept me informed the whole time. He was with me every step of the way. Mr. Monadjemi is so knowledgeable and knows all the tricks that the tenants may play during the eviction process. He even called my tenants personally and talked to them, I am so impressed with the way he handled my case. Mr. Monadjemi was very efficient, the eviction did not take long, we got the tenants out in less than 37 days. Mr. Monadjemi is the best lawyer I ever had. I don't feel nervous anymore with the tenants since I know I have Mr. Monadjemi on my side and I know he will help me every step of the way when I have any tenant problems.

Yousef got me through a very very miserable time!

I first hired Yousef to guide me through giving a very difficult tenant a 60-day notice. When the tenant refused to move out, Yousef guided me through preparing for a very complicated jury trial. He then was able to arrange for a settlement before the trial that guarantees that the tenant will be m...oving out so that has been a huge relief for me. If you are at the end of your wits because of a tenant, call Yousef!

touble with a tenant

I had a tenant that just could not follow the rules of my association and was unwilling to move at the end of a lease. Mr. Monadjemi, prepared the 60-day quit notices and initiated the steps needed to take the tenant to court. Fortunately, the tenant realized there was little chance to win in court... and decided to move after only 12 days of unlawful occupation of the premises. Mr. Monadjemi explained the process of eviction to me, and handled communications with the tenant, the tenant’s realtor, and her attorney.
