She gave me an initial free consultation, just explained my situations in plain and simple terms, without hiding anything. She told about what to expect from the process and what needs to be done. I liked it very much, because when they say to you: “pay the money first and then we will tell you something”, this is the purchase of “a cat in a bag”. We immediately discussed all the points and started cooperation. She is in Los Angeles, and we are in San Francisco. At first I was very worried about this, but there was no need for that, because we discussed everything by the phone anyway. She told me she is usually able to travel to any city to attend the interview. When we started the collaboration, she immediately warned that before our interview there would be likely more than a year and we would be taking it slowly. But when the date of the interview was unexpectedly appointed, she said that she was now ready to work with us around the clock and this was true very, very quickly, as I often received letters from her even during off-hours and weekends.
