NOID marriage based green card

My case was not easy. I received NOID a month after I had a successful interview in my opinion, being married to a US citizen. Spoke with numerous lawyers about preventive measures. I was told I had to close the case or even forget and wait for a refusal. Although there was little hope, as soon a...s I talked with Anna, I realized that she could pull me out of this situation. Anna is the most professional lawyer I have ever met. She approaches every case with trepidation, paying attention to the cutest details. The organization of the whole process impressed me. It has been 4 months since we sent the package of documents and we won! I am sure that with my personal efficiency everything would have turned out much faster, since I have been collecting this package for a long time. Frankly, we had a mess in the documents and did not use enough documents to prove that our marriage was real. I did not have an SSN - accordingly, we did not have any declarations and no mutual financial responsibilities according to the documents. Me and my husband were constantly moving from place to place, which prevented us from collecting FPL bills for each month. There were no bills for the Internet and for the apartment either. It seems that the documents are sorely lacking. For me, our victory seemed like a miracle. But now I know that it was a miracle that I ended up in the hands of the best lawyer in the business. Anna, thank you for your hard work and professionalism!

We found ourselves in a dire situation when instead of getting the greencard, our son was facing deportation. We made a mistake attempting the filing of the immigration forms for him ourselves, and realized that it's more complicated that it seemed when he got a denial. We had to find the best attorn...ey to undo the damage we created, and after long searches, we decided to work with Anna Tsibel. She was recommended by many and had stellar reviews online. During the very first consultation with her we realized what a huge difference an experienced immigration attorney can make! She explained to us what mistakes we made, and created a plan of action. She began contacting the government agencies about our son's situation right away. It was a long process, and everything had to be completed before our son turned 18, despite immigration offices being closed due to covid, our consulate changed from Moscow to Warsaw, etc. Anna was on top of it all, and even expedited the consular interview. It was very scary to take our son outside the United States, we were thinking what if his immigrant visa is refused, but everything went very well, and now we all have greencards.

We are just so happy

We came to Anna in need of immigration services related to our recent marriage. We were extremely daunted by the task at hand. Anna outlined everything that we needed to do and prepared our case in a way that gave us great confidence that we were on the right track and in the right hands. At every st...ep of the way she detailed what each procedure was about, what we needed to prepare and what all the red tape was about. She took care of all of the difficult and complicated nitty gritty, all we had to do was gather the information she so clearly requested. After successfully receiving my green card we look back and are so grateful to have been in the hands of someone so competent. We don’t know how we could of done it without her!
