Citizenship and Asylum

We have been using Anna's services since November of 2017 for two cases regarding immigration; one for my wife and another for my mother-in-law. From the beginning, and every step along the way, she has proven to be very helpful and knowledgeable in her expertise surrounding immigration law. This pro...cess has been very arduous and tedious, as is the nature surrounding the process of becoming a citizen, but being represented by an attorney such as Anna, has relieved a great deal of pressure on us in successfully moving forward through each step along the way. We still have a long road ahead of us, but we know that both of our cases are in good hands and we trust that everything will be done possible to get us where we need to be in the end. Very happy

Ms. Anna is very knowledgeable and patient and kind. In late august , I and my husband asked her to help us apply for a marriage-based permanent residency petition and our case has been approved now. Processing was easy and careful organized, She is always the first one to let us know about anything... , when we get the mail, she would directly text us and let us know what’s going on . We just had our interview last week and she helped us to go over our interview again and again in a very detailed way. And when I met immigration officer , i know exactly what I need to talk in accurate way. I highly recommend if you want all of your immigration paper work done or a good immigration attorney to represent for you , Anna is the one . We also feel lucky to have chosen her as our attorney . Excellent lawyer

Anna helped me with 2 cases of immigration, one on asylum and the other one immigration through marriage. I chose her because she has an extensive knowledge of Post Soviet culture and she knows all the problems that came with post Soviet time. Our case location was orange county, CA. We met in the ph...ysical office twice. Other times Anna came to us as well as we had consultations over the phone. This was very convenient due to the fact that her office is located in LA area. Anna always took lead when it came to our case. She reminded us of all the deadlines and sent reminders over the email so we didn't forget to submit anything. Her organization skills are top notch! Even if we lost any documents, she had replacement for them. Overall I am very happy I came across her, we are now in the process of removing conditions off the green card. The immigration process was much easier with her. Another huge plus with her over other lawyers is that she worked with us with a financial plan. Paying the whole sum at once is very expensive and when our financial situation was tough, she allowed us to make payments. This was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this lawyer. We are planning to move to another state but we are still planning to keep her as our lawyer for the future legal proceedings for immigration.

Asylum

We started out partnership with Anna back in 2015, she was working on 3 cases at the same time for our family. And I can say with no doubt that she became a close person to our family. Anna is and was 100% qualified and knew what she was doing with all the immigration progress, she was always quick ...to react to any issues that were coming up regarding our case. One of her biggest achievements was that she sped up the process and helped us get to our individual court hearing without going to masters, which saved us years of waiting and extra expenses. We won our case in October of 2020 all because of exceptionally professional work that Anna has done, which we are forever thankful for. I remember how hopeless and desperate we were 6 years ago, looking for a lawyer that could help us and who’s going to be responsible for our future. I’m hoping that this review will help someone with the right choice of their lawyer because the outcome of your case will be in their hands.
