Excellent Attorney!
We hired Evelyn for a few different services: our master services agreement review and updating, new lease for an office we were renting, and immigration advice for a potential employee. She did a great job - met deadlines and always got back to us asap. We were so happy to have her as a resource. She provided valuable input and insight through the whole process.

Moving To America!
We have been operating in the UK for over 7 years and finally wanted to take the leap and set up a branch in the US. Evelyn was very thorough in her preparation of our L-1A petition and was able to deliver a positive result. It was a very stressful time, since we had dedicated a great deal of resources to our project, but Evelyn was very attentive and made us confident we were putting the best case forward. Now we are very much looking forward to our new address in the California sun!

Evelyn was an incredible resource while we were hiring talent for an upcoming project. We were always able to reach her and she was very patient with our questions and requests. Fixed my E-3 Visa!
I was referred to a E-3 "specialist" in NY who never answered my calls and emails. 2 months later and I still didn't have an appointment and my new employer was threatening to pull his offer. I had to cut my losses and go elsewhere. I was hesitant to start the process over with another lawyer, but after speaking with Evelyn I felt sure that she was going to actually take care of my application. She delivered! Within 3 weeks I had an interview and a positive result. I can't believed I wasted so much time with that other lawyer, but I am delighted with Evelyn's service.

O-1 Approved!
We were really not pleased with our previous attorney, and turned to Evelyn right away after receiving a referral. She is knowledgeable and skillful, especially when dealing with our talent's O-1 case. She handled our case with confidence and with great assurance. Under limited time, she was able to get everything organized and submitted unlike the previous law office we worked with. Evelyn always responded very diligently to calls and e-mails. She doesn't find it necessary to be condescending or intimidating - she's really friendly. I highly recommend her if you want to get things done as efficiently as possible and in a timely manner.

Great to work with!
I cannot tell you how happy we were to work with Evelyn on our purchase of several investment properties in California. She had an exceptional eye for detail and provided us with real solutions to many of the issues which came up during our transactions. As foreign investors from the UK, she was able to advise us thoroughly, and no doubt saved us a great deal of time and headache during each transaction. E3 Visa Success!
Evelyn prepared my E3 visa to work in the US with a super quick turnaround. At a fraction of the time quoted by other lawyers I contacted and she knew what she was doing. She was easy to talk to and made the process a breeze. I didn't have a uni degree but she was still able to work it out. Recommend highly to other Aussies out there!

Exceptional Service
One word for Evelyn, Exceptional. Nothing short of exceptional service all throughout our visa issuance process. She is extremely hands-on with her clients, has a rolodex of almost anybody and anything you need help with. She not only refers you, she even goes out of her way and finds out if her referred lawyers/contractors are doing a good job for her clients. She helped us throughout the process and even to this day, she checks in with our business. I'd refer her to anybody who needs help in their visa processing stages and we will be using her services for the foreseeable future.

Amazing Lawyer!
We got our investor visas for USA (Canadians) with Evelyn and she was highly helpful, consoling and friendly throughout the process. Most importantly, she was successful in getting us the visas for 5 years!

Excellent service!
I had consulted with a number of attorneys to help me draft a agreement with my partner in a very tight time frame. Some laughed in my face and some slapped with enormous fee. After consultaion over the phone I have chosen Evelyn for this job based on very timely response to my inquiry, knowledge and experience in field and reasonable price. I am very happy I did. instead She handled the entire real estate transaction with 100% professionalism, attention to detailed and promptness protecting my interest to the fullest. I have had experience with hiring attorney before but first time I feel like the attorney works for me and not visa verse.

Competent, Effective, & Very Responsive
I certainly recommend Evelyn Ginossi. I employed her services 1-3 years ago to handle my business transaction matters. Fantastic Service
We have recently expanded our business into the US and we had a lot of problems with previous lawyers we had used. Someone recommended Evelyn to us and she has been a joy to work with.
