I have spoken to this attorney several times and been given incorrect legal information I found her conduct during our interactions to be highly unprofessional and concerning. Specifically, I was troubled by her rude and arrogant demeanor, as well as her tendency to put words in my mouth. This beha...vior has made it extremely difficult to maintain effective communication, and it has caused unnecessary frustration.

I felt she had no time for listening to my perspective and understand what I need. I thought maybe my case was totally of no interest or cash value to her. And to cap it all, she said I was not listening. This is my second time being referred to an attorney by Legalshield over the last 4 years, and ...this time around, I am very disappointed.

First, in reading the other reviews I would like to emphasize that Rosemarie is not a counselor or therapist who is there to sympathize with our personal legal matters. She is an attorney who needs to understand the facts so that she provide relevant and helpful legal advice. She is very direct in sp...eaking and asking questions which I greatly appreciate. She knows what she is talking about. I have spoken with her multiple times and the advice she provided was extremely helpful and to the point.

I was called by Parker Stanbury twice by this lawyer Rosemarie Merril and both times she was short, rude and obtuse. The first time she wasn't trying to hear me and take my side but instead was determining if she could win as opposed to give me my day in court to air my grievance and see what an im...partial judge or jury decides. The second time, she tried to be rude with her explanation of what a tort is as if I am supposed to know what that is just being Joe Citizen with no law education. This lady is a bad person. No people skills. Don't be mean to other people the way people were once rude with you.

She works for Parker & Stanbury and verbally abused me when she is supposed to be finding out about my case as HER client NOT representing someone else and triggering me to the point of a breakdown and emotional crisis.
