Not surprised to find out that there is a very low star rating here. Ms. Merrill repeatedly dismissed my disclosures of trauma with a tone of contempt, treating my consult with an attitude as if a trivial issue like a paper cut. Despite my vulnerable information handed to her with trust, she silenced... me during calls, refusing to let me speak calmly or address potential wrongdoing by others. Her demeaning tone and refusal to engage ethically transformed her role from advocate to I dont know what, exacerbating my distress and violating the trust of the attorney-client relationship. Her behavior blatantly disregards professional standards of compassion and diligence.

She works for Parker & Stanbury and verbally abused me when she is supposed to be finding out about my case as HER client NOT representing someone else and triggering me to the point of a breakdown and emotional crisis. Unless she is misrepresenting me and recording my calls regarding my case and she... is representing someone else and just triggering me to have
