I called in to Parker& Stanbury because of legal shield. Rosemary Merrill was rude, over talked me and didn't answer my questions acted like she was going to something so I allowed this ridiculous behavior. The second conversation was worse it's like she got mad if she had to do her job because may...be she doesn't know how or doesn't want to or both but she was horrible and had the audacity to act like the victim and hang up on me. At no point was I beligerent with her or rude it really took me by surprise Rosemary Merrill has a job behaving like this. Also I complained but what was done about it she obviously is still employed and not doing her job and treating people rude. It's not acceptable I am not paying for people to waste my time, be rude and not do thier job. I'm paying for professional help.

I called Parker Stanbury asking about an eviction case that looked illegal. I wanted to speak with a civil attorney about suing a court or judge after I spoke about a fraudulent trust sale in court. What I got was talk about preparing a corrections letter to a credit bureau instead of legal analysi...s of my case and matching me to the right lawyer for the right job. Boo hiss!
