I don't know where to begin . But Josh is a miracle maker and a gift from God. After waiting for over a year and half for my son, who was under Administritave,to be issued a visa , the consulate called him to bring in his passport only after Josh filed a writ of mandamus. Only one week after Josh fil...ed in the lawsuit. I cannot beleive it. HE IS AN ANGEL. As soon as I signed with their office, the lawsuit was filed, same day. SAME DAY !!!! Josh is efficient, knowledgeable, and collegial. He helped me 10 years ago on my Green Card application, and now I am working with him again on my Citizenship. He always responds promptly when I have a question, and knows every in and out of every process. I hired Joshua Goldstein as an immigration lawyer in November 2008. He explained to me how he will be able to help me with my case and I paid up-front the part of the fees. During the period from November 2008 till April 2009 Joshua Goldstein told me that he is working on my case, but also asked me 2...-3 times if I could wait with the follow-up appointment because he was "very busy working on different immigration cases for his clients". In April 2009 Joshua invited me in his office and informed that "unfortunately the case cannot be solved the way he expected" and he is "very sorry about it". I contacted other immigration lawyers right after my last appointment with Joshua Goldstein. All of them knew right away that my case just cannot be solved the way Joshua described to me. I searched for the information online regarding my case and pretty quickly it became obvious to me that Joshua Goldstein made a serious mistake. As a result I wasted a lot of time and money. And my immigration experience in the US became even more stressful. Joshua Goldstein never answered my email or returned my call after the last appointment in April 2009.

Josh and his team have been extremely helpful throughout the lengthy and confusing immigration process. My fiancee and I applied for a K1 visa last year. We were very unfamiliar with the process and because we both work full-time, we did not have the time to dedicate to filing all the paperwork neces...sary for the visa. Josh and his team guided us through the whole process. They filled out all the forms for us, but more than that, they also prepared us for the interview and let us know exactly what to expect and when. We felt prepared and supported throughout, and everyone was always very quick to respond to my questions when I emailed or called. My fiancee's visa was approved last week and he will be moving to Boston in a few weeks so that we can get married and start our life here!
