Ksenia was amazing to work with. I am so happy I got in contact with her. She is so informative and friendly. I knew I was in great hands right from the first phone conversation we had. She was always very fast at getting back to me for all of my questions and she was also quick to update me on upda...tes throughout the visa process. My adjust of status case from NOV / 2016, had no updates since the interview in SEP-2017. I tried as many updates as possible creating tickets - "case outside of processing time" for review, scheduled infopass, sent letter to Congress Man, and the response was the same every time: case is under inves...tigation. They asked me for many times simply to wait 30, 60, 90, 120 days. Nearly to complete 2 years, without the proper law assistance from the previous lawyer hired for this process that hasn’t provided any request on my behalf in the past 8 months, I found this AVVO website and decided to post my question, like those signs that we ask God, and Ksenia provided a response right away, in the next morning, very fast, and this was beyond my expectations just to enforce the signs. There would be a light. Ksenia and her team, based on the information that I have provided, asked to have a meeting with her and Francisco Symphorien-Saavedraand, specialist in litigation to discuss further. We did not hesitated to move forward with the solution offered and together we dicided to fill it out a COMPLAINT FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS in DEC-2018. This process can take 60 days to get a response/ decision, and the government had the shut down in Jan-2019 causing delay. Finally by the end of February we started to have progress in the litigation. We had a bunch of emotions and finally a response. We won the battle and my Green Card finally was approved. Glad that Ksenia was with us on this. While Frank worked in court, Ksenia was very attentive to getting back to me promptly, dealing with our expectations and emotions so kindly, reviewing my entire immigration file, and giving an amazing support in preparing me and my husband with a very little notice until late the day before the new interview. We opted to have Ksenia with us during the interview at the immigration office, and it was the best option made, I felt more confident. We gave then all evidences again, updated medical exams and got recovered the hope inside of us. March 20th was the deadline for the litigation and we got everything on time and the case was approved! My card arrived on March 26th, valid for 10 years!
