As Trustee, Neil's goal and fiduciary responsibility is to serve the best interests of children for whom trusts have been established. This includes, when appropriate and with the parent/guardian's assent, providing advocacy for the child's health and educational needs through trust funds. On an ongoing basis, trust families receive monthly checks and payments for things such as tutoring, summer programs and counseling.
