EXCELLENT REPRESENTATION

I was totally floored by the excellent work Mr Fogle and his lawyers did for me . I am forever grateful for the response and hard work they did from removal hearings to becoming an American. Mr Glenn Fogle from Fogle Law Firm is a Very Professional Attorney !

Working with Fogle Law Firm has been the best decision I have ever made in my life. My journey to become a US permanent resident started back in 2014. I had a very complicated case to begin with, and my past two attorneys were not able to accomplish what Fogle Law Firm did for me. I walked into Fogle Law Firm in October 2020 with a Notice of Intent to Deny in my hand. Fogle Law Firm handled my case very professionally. They fought with USCIS on my behalf and got me my freedom. Today, I received my green card! I want to thank Mr. Glen Fogle himself, Mr. David Lunel, Mr. Marko Karadzic, Ms. Elizabeth Schreier, Mr. Rafael Benvindo, and the rest of the team. He gets it done all the time!!

My immigration journey was a hell! I was denied three times, I paid thousands of dollars to many lawyers to fight my innocent, but to no avail. Some were racist, some were focused where they could get more money, some only collected the money and told me to wait! with little money, not even up to any of the ones I paid other Lawyers, Fogle and his team saw I had a case and turned my case around!!! I never knew him or google him, but a friend told me to try him out! The paralegals are patient and the lawyers well educated in the family immigration matters. Although the receptionists may be funny sometimes because of workload, but you need help, continue to try until you have your way in! Once you have your way in, report any challenge to the office manager and that receptionist will be disciplined instantly. I love Fogle for the great work and will always be grateful. Not to forget, they brought my son into the country as well within 9months!!!

Work Authorization

Despite the discouraging news of prolonged delay from the USCIS in processing Work Permit Authorization and other related matters. I was amazed by the speed in which my Work Permit Authorization was approved. I received it in less than 2 months. Thanks to Fogle Law Firm and importantly my Paralegal, Abhiruchi Rain for put in an excellent application on my behalf to the USCIS.
