Joshua L. Goldstein

I hired Joshua Goldstein as an immigration lawyer in November 2008. He explained to me how he will be able to help me with my case and I paid up-front the part of the fees. During the period from November 2008 till April 2009 Joshua Goldstein told me that he is working on my case, but also asked me 2...-3 times if I could wait with the follow-up appointment because he was "very busy working on different immigration cases for his clients". In April 2009 Joshua invited me in his office and informed that "unfortunately the case cannot be solved the way he expected" and he is "very sorry about it". I contacted other immigration lawyers right after my last appointment with Joshua Goldstein. All of them knew right away that my case just cannot be solved the way Joshua described to me. I searched for the information online regarding my case and pretty quickly it became obvious to me that Joshua Goldstein made a serious mistake. As a result I wasted a lot of time and money. And my immigration experience in the US became even more stressful. Joshua Goldstein never answered my email or returned my call after the last appointment in April 2009.

Josh and his team helped me to avoid costly mistakes that could have taken extra time or even cause the case to be denied. The team supported me in the court as well. They knew what they were doing and were able to explain all the details and specifications so that I could understand. Joshua is hard working, kind, intelligent, responsive and quite brilliant. His team of assistants were respectful, considerate and happy to listen. I appreciate the team's efforts enormously! A great lawyer and an awesome team! I couldn't recommend them more and will forever be immensely grateful for their dedication and excellence!

Josh took care of my H-1B visa and my Green Card. It went very smoothly: Josh always provided me with important information, everything was done ahead of time and I always knew what was going on. Josh was always reassuring when I was nervous about missing something and I always felt like I was in goo...d hands. He even came with me for my Green Card interview! Josh isn't just the most competent lawyer I ever had, he's also very personable (great personality and fantastic sense of humor!)
