Biography
Nick Rosenberg focuses his practice on all aspects of business disputes including directors and officers liability, contract disputes, corporate governance, securities, alleged fraud and real property matters. Nick has brought and defended numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York on behalf of public and private corporations, hedge funds, universities, corporate officers and directors and other individuals. He regularly counsels clients through internal and government investigations and appears before government agencies in regulatory and investigative proceedings.
Nick also has a particular interest and extensive background in real property and environmental disputes and has represented property owners, purchasers and sellers, and condominium trusts and trustees in zoning and conveyancing disputes.
