I include misdemeanor victories because your case matters to me even though the charges are small. A small charge to me is a big charge to you. I will drive a corrupt judge off the bench if necessary even if it is only a misdemeanor. By drive him off the bench, I mean he threw his hands in the air and declared a mistrial and double jeopardy attached, case dismissed. He later lost his election and is no longer a judge. You either win or you don't.
I also do not pay for my awards my industry recognition comes from the judges and colleagues with whom I practice. You can bet they recognize me.
Many criminal defense attorneys claim they are litigators. It sounds great. But litigators are those attorneys that go to trial and have gone to trial. They make their living fighting in the trenches of the legal profession. Litigators know that those clients who are not represented by those few who are familiar with the trenches, are not represented by the most capable, experienced and compelling criminal defense attorneys within the profession. There are very few real litigators. Most cases settle or resolve without litigation.
You do not have to take my word for it. I am a litigator. Evidence of my victories hangs on my wall for everyone to see for themselves. It is the only way a person hiring an attorney can know for sure that he or she is in fact hiring a litigator. I give free consultations so people may see how I present in court, how I articulate my thoughts and they can see for themselves who they are choosing to hire. Would you buy a car if they charged you money to view it? Of course not, you would think that dishonest.
I am the only one that answers my phone. I am available 24 hours a day seven days a week and if you want legal advice i will give it for free. If you like me, then you can hire me. But you won't speak to a secretary.

Very honest
I called byron regarding an immigration stuff and wanted to get him as my attorney but he honestly told me straight up about his specialties. He does some immigration stuff but still told me the percentage of his specialties by categories. This guy is not just about $. He really helps people.

Replied last August 15, 2018Thank you for your very generous review. My immigration knowledge relates to what crimes are deportable. I don't want any potential clients to think that they may be deported because I don't know immigration law. So in the context of AVVO I indicate I know immigration law. If a client may be subject to deportation, then I want them to be confident that I know what offense will keep them legally in the country and which offense may not. So I represent that I do 5% immigration law. I do not practice immigration law. It can be misleading but it is the only way AVVO lets me express this information. If anyone you know needs any help finding the appropriate immigration lawyer, I would be happy to help them find the appropriate attorney.

“Reprimanded by a bunch that have never practiced law and do not know the difference between ethical conduct and unethical conduct. I was the only one that acted ethically. I did objected to a zoom hearing because at the time it was a violation of the 6th Amendment right to confront and cross examine, it also violated the 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial. It also violated client confidentiality and voided Nevada Revised Statute NRS179.245.”
