When entering the legal arena it's always a gamble. Amanda Litt is like having an ace up your hand. Amanda took the time not only to listen to us but she did this before we were even clients to analyze if she could help. She made us feel welcome during the appointment and did not rush us out. She eng...aged us asking clarifying questions to help understand our legal position on the battlefield. She jumped in the cockpit and showed us she was an ace of her own as she maneuvered through negotiations coming out with a favorable outcome. While all of this was happening she stayed in constant contact, even answering emails right away when I didn't think I'd hear back from her until after the weekend. I mean she was on it. When we were finished with the negotiations we were in a better position than we expected because the other side admitted to what they had done unbeknownst to them. We were never after the money and to avoid a several thousand dollar lawsuit they admitted on paper a civil rights violation that we could then forward to the Department of Justice. Amanda's experience within the negotiation process allowed this to happen as she out maneuvered the other side. They focused on the wrong goal. No matter what kind of lawsuit you're in, it's awesome when your lawyer can do that.
