Forced the state to a preliminary hearing. Told the state that they would not have their witness. They ignored me. State could not get their witness,. Was accused of witness tampering. I did not obstru ... ct justice. Just another example of the state falsely accusing someone of nonsense. Cost the taxpayer $10,400.00 to incarcerate prior to prelim and prior to conviction. The Judge let her make a record of witness tampering with no evidence. I interviewed the witness unlike the prosecution and she told me she was going to avoid subpoena rather than the opposite. Still forced the state to dismiss.
