Don't Retain, Not Professional

Phil is very unprofessional. He provides deadlines dates that he never meets (in my cases 8 months later). He's eager to get paid, but not work. He's actually a full-time solar panel representative that moonlights as a patent attorney. Had I known before, I wouldn't have retained as that's his ...priority.

Do not hire Philip

I hired Phil for a job he never delivered and is not answering my calls or email. Would not hire again

Hired this guy for not one but 3 things because he made an ok impression. Did not come through on any. Complete waste of money. Wish I had never met this guy. Average 20 calls and texts to get a return call, and so many excuses it was pathetic. Also asked me to go outside this website to pay h...im, which wasn't right.

Excellent Patent Lawyer

Phil was perfect for my needs. First of all he has an Engineering background. This works well with my invention. Second, he has actually worked in the Patent Office as a patent examiner. This is a big plus, you want someone to have that experience so they can build a solid patent application. And of ...course, he is a Patent Lawyer. With these three qualifications, you'd think he will cost you an arm and a leg but surprisingly his fees are reasonable. As a person, he is easy to talk to and very accommodating. I highly recommend him and will use him again for my other ideas in the future.

They all should be like this.

Phil has helped and guided me thru the process of filling my patent paperwork and made it very easy to understand. Even though I live in another state his service level was as if he was next door. Thanks again Phil
