Got us a Trademark That was initially Denied.
Cedric was able to deftly navigate the Patent and Trademark office for us. We obtained our Trademark after a Major Fumble from and cheap online service. Hard to not recommend after getting results.

Attorney, Teacher, Friend
My journey began in April of 2016 with Patent Attorney Cedric D'Hue, in my quest to obtain my first US Patent. I had no idea where to begin other than knowing I needed help. I called Cedric and another firm that specialized in patent work. I feel fortunate that the other firm I called never called me back. From the beginning Cedric worked with me on my level, explaining the process and teaching me the very complicated world of protecting an invention. Cedric was readily available and always knowledgeable in his field. He was always invested in seeing my patent through. I always felt confident in following his advice. He helped me understand the wonderful and quirky realm of US Patents. After working with Cedric for the past two years, I can declare Cedric is a wonderful Patent Attorney...He is a great teacher...and a friend. I highly recommend my Patent Attorney, teacher, and friend Cedric D'Hue.

Unequivocal Serviced
In my experience of attaining my first US Patent, the aid of Patent Attorney Cedric D'Hue was absolutely seemless. I challenge any reader of this post to find a more knowledgable and attentive Patent Attorney that has the ability to convey complex patent laws to his/her client(s) in a simplistic understandable manner. Hands down Mr. D'Hue's professionalism is consistent and unequivocal.

Patent help for my company
Cedric has been absolutely great in helping us get patent protection for our invention. I never have to remind him of anything, he is the one reminding me. He is really smart and reasonably priced. He has never nickel and dimed me and is always available. I have interrupted him at dinners and on Sundays without ever a complaint. I am selfish and he never makes me feel that way. I hesitate writing this because I don't want him to get too busy or drop me as a client. He is working on another advanced degree. I don't understand how he fits it in or what the heck it is. It is way over my head but he is someone you want on your side. We consider him a part of our company's family and would not make an intellectual property move without him at our table.

Cedric D'Hue knows IP from A-Z!
I had the pleasure of working with Cedric D'Hue while consulting with a commercial chemicals company that had a h-u-g-e patent portfolio. He can explain the "world of patents" in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner; without all the legal jargon. Cedric focuses on details and does not pull everyone into the weeds when filing out a patent application. He keeps it moving without missing deadlines, and he does so without waiting 'til the last minute to request supporting specimens/docs. Cedric A. D'Hue is my GO-TO because he is a great person to work with, manage, and lead IP matters.

Mr. D'Hue went beyond our needs explaining each step of the patent process. Our business has several layers and we had a very difficult time understanding the process. He always had a very pleasant, personal attitude. His tone was kind and gentle. And trust we had many questions is understated. There were a skyscraper worth of questions. He answered each question in layman terms often having to explain the same question several times. We did 8-9 months of just phone conversations with him because we are based in Los Angeles. As our relationship grew his passion for our project grew. Indeed it was never about his fee but about his commitment to the service he provided. Mr. D'Hue drove over an hour to meet with us finally in Indianapolis. Our relationship will continue to grow as our company grows. We are so grateful to have such a trustworthy legal adviser on our team.

The right man for the job!
I’d hired Cedric D’Hue , January 2007 and continue use his services to this day, Cedric is open minded also a hard worker and cares about his clients goals. He listens well and is very intelligent in many areas of technical law, he does his homework! I first started to work with Mr. D’Hue, as his client during some of his years with Baker & Daniels LLP; it was Cedric’s online corporate profile that made me make that first phone call to the firm. To this day I believe that I made the right choice in hiring this attorney, it was for this reason I made the move to continue to work with Cedric as he founded his own firm D’Hue Law LLC.
