Focuses on the opportunities, not the negatives

Phil was very professional and easy to work with. He first helped me with a very nuanced utility patent where his skills and experience were immediately evident. When the USPTO requested an amendment be made he was actually able to make the patent even more valuable and encompassing while fulfillin...g their request. Furthermore, when I mentioned in passing that I had competitors trying to circumvent my patent he had immediate and valuable suggestions to further protect my intellectual property.

Philip will always be our Attorney for all our patent copyrights etc needs

Phil has done a fantastic job with quite a few patents that I needed to have generated and needed them to be filed. I have worked with other attorneys in this field and have found that Phil has the knowledge and goes the extra mile to complete and quickly execute with agreement by us and our require...ments. Many other attorneys do not follow up or understand what you want or mean. Phil has this experience. We filed 3 patents over the past year in different areas and he was right on. He has the understanding of what I needed. His write up was better then I could have written and I am the creator. I have a few more that I will be using Phil on and will continue to hire him for his expertise in all of these fields including aiding us in the licensing of some of our newly patented products.

Why I like Phil

Very few patent attorneys have the experience or the exact eduction of the inventor. The invention by definition is on the leading edge of the technology in the specific field of the invention. I once invented a method of programming micro computers. The patent attorney I picked at random knew a...bsolutely nothing about computers or computer programing. I spent more time educating my patent attorney than the time it would have taken me to learn how to write a patent. The result was a bad patent. A large company made tens of millions of dollars by violating my patent. Bottom line I eventually won the law suite but it took years. I think with a better patent it would not have taken so long. Recently I invented a new ignition system for internal combustion engines. This time I looked for a patent attorney that was ostensible familiar with electronics. I found a young one that claimed a degree in electrical engineering. Obviously he graduated engineering school and went right into law school. Same problem. He asked a lot of dumb questions about basic electronics that he should have known. I was spending time educating a patent attorney again. I got fed up and fired him. Then I found Phil Varga. He immoderately understood my patent and the value of it. He had the patent done in a week and filed. I was amazed. Phil had years of practical experience in electronics as a technician, engine electrical patents. I highly recommend him. Paul
