Biography
I'm a native Nevadan. I have the ability to provide great representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters in a variety of different courts. I have developed those skills from having a diverse history in various legal fields in starting with ciminal capital cases to representing debtors in chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcies, to handling complex domestic cases involving large assets and children, to finally narrowing the practice to primarily personal injury, construction and business. I founded and have manged my own law firm for over 26 years until I merged my practice with several different law firms both locally, regionally and nationally. After seven years of working in larger firms and learning from them I have decided to return to my own small boutique practice where I can work more closely with my clients and friends. I have an active role in the community from serving as the chairman of the Henderson Planning Commission to coaching and refereeing soccer teams. I also provide many hours of pro bono work and serve as a committee member for the Anthem County Club.
