Jeffrey Alan Cogan

I hired Mr. Cogan for the simplest of tasks. To appear on my mother's behalf in a landlord/tenant dispute in small claims court at the Regional Justice Center located downtown; presumably the courthouse Mr. Cogan practices law in on a daily basis. Nevertheless, Mr. Cogan was late for the 1pm hearing ...because he "got lost". Then he badly lost a simple legal argument small claims court in front of a Justice of Peace, where most parties are appearing in proper person. After the hearing, it was obvious Mr. Cogan was embarrassed by this drastic turn of events and instead of admitting his mistakes like a grown man, he was rude and nasty to his client. Stay away from Mr. Cogan, at all costs. This is an attorney without staff, that sits by himself in a dark office wearing his socks. This is not the description of anyone you want to represent you in a court of law for any legal matter...stay away...!!!

Jeffrey Cogan helped us with a very difficult BK. We were treated with respect and consideration throughout our difficult time.
