The premier First Amendment lawyer in the country

Marc has been very professional in dealing with my multiple cases, but also knows how to speak as a regular person and not use a lot of “legalese” talk. He supports the First Amendment and the Constitution and would be a strong advocate on your behalf. I highly recommend Marc and his team, ...who have produced simply amazing legal documents to support our work. His level of detail and substance are unsurpassed.

Defamation case closed!

I knew I was going to hire marc 10 minutes into our consultation. Ive never been in any sort of legal battle but marc really made me feel at ease. He fought for me! He was super dedicated and made me feel like I was more than just his client! He cared! He answered any question I had and was super att...entive to my case. What stood out the most for me was when we had a hearing and instead of taking the easy way out and opening up his computer to start up zoom, he flew down just to do it in person! That shows true dedication! Even the judge said he was extremely impressed. We ended up winning! Thank you marc! Ill forever appreciate you and everything youve done for me!

A Man Driven By the Principle of 1st Amendment Rights

I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't... know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me. Additionally, I was impressed by his responsiveness via email to questions and suggestions -- few emails went unreplied after 15 minutes. Bottom Line: During one of the most stressful situations in my life, Marc made me feel relaxed.

Marc Randazza is a ride or die attorney

Marc Randazza is a ride-or-die attorney! I knew that from the very first time we spoke. I had no idea the ride would go on as long as it has and would require him to fight for me all the way up to the Supreme Court. Marc is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely passionate about protecting one's righ...t to free speech. If I could give Marc more than a 5-star rating I would. There isn't a rating high enough to reflect the level of expertise, dedication, support, and passion that he and his team bring to a case and their clients. He has done everything he could to protect my First Amendment rights and ensure that the Anti-SLAPP law is applied accurately and fairly in my case. If you need an attorney who will relentlessly fight for you and support you every step of the way, Marc Randazza, and his team will not disappoint. In my opinion, if you have Marc fighting for you, you've got the best of the best. He is literally an answer to my prayers. I will be forever grateful that Marc Randazza is my ride-or-die attorney extraordinaire!

Not Just an Advocate, A Champion

It's hard to overstate how glad I am to have had Marc Randazza in my corner during one of the most stressful, frustrating episodes in my life. A Las Vegas casino (I won't dignify by naming) filed a baseless lawsuit against me. The owner is a billionaire with an ax to grind because he didn't like some...thing I said about his casino. From my first conversation with Marc, it was clear he was not intimidated by the resources of a major Las Vegas company, and he went full bore defending me and my First Amendment rights. He never stopped. We literally won every decision along the way, and his anti-SLAPP motion was a work of art that succeeded in getting the case dropped. Marc and his team were amazing to work with, and we recouped every penny of the legal fees. Marc and his team are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and supportive. I wouldn't wish frivolous litigation and legal bullying on anyone, but if it happens, having Marc Randazza on your side can make all the difference, financially and otherwise. Marc helped restore my reputation and protected my business with a ferocity that's hard to describe. Marc is colorful and in some ways unconventional, but he has a depth of expertise I believe is unequaled. He didn't just take on my case, he was invested in a crusade. For freedom of speech and the right of everyone to get a fair shake from our legal system. In my David vs. Goliath tale, Marc Randazza was the rock. He slayed a giant, and they never really knew what hit them.
