Biography
I practice intellectual property law as a Principal at Miteva Law, PC (). My practive is focused on copyright and trademark law. For copyright matters, I provide copyright registration advice and filing, licencing agreements drafting, and infringement claims assessment, among other services. As to trademarks, I provide domestic and international trademark registration and ytrademark infringement counselling.
In addition to a law degree also hold a Computer Schience and Mathematics degree and was as a computer programmer at Credit Suisse before attending law school. My technical backgrond has helped me enormously not only with my legal skills, but also with my ability to provide time and cost-effective services to my clients. I have a passion for traveling and volunteering around the world which has informed my law practice and the manner in which I engage with my clients.
