Tara Marie Warrington

I spoke with Ms Warrington in April (I think) 2015 regarding my case. After reviewing the paperwork I brought with my Ms. Warrington suggested I should file Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Ms. Warrington was very professional, answered my questions, no matter how many times I had to ask the same question, a...nd she kept me informed of what was going on. After my case went to court and a payment schedule was set up buy the court. This is when I started having problems with Ms. Warrington. She was slow to return my calls, if at all. Only after several calls did she return my calls. Recently I received a call from the Clerk of the Court stating that she could not get in touch with Ms. Warrington and that was the reason she was calling me. She stated that the court needed a document basically regarding my income. Eventually the event was reconciled, with out the help of Ms. Warrington. I would not recommend Ms. Warrington to my friends or anyone else. I still have not been able to get a hold of Ms. Warrington on the phone. Ms. Warrington started out ok, then just faded off into . . . I don't know where.

Tara seemed nice enough during our first meeting, but I felt she did not ask us to bring proper documentation in order to ensure we were taking the right path. She took our money...then disappeared. So frustrating. Never took our calls - never! Never followed up via email or through her online ca...se system. Had to finally get the FL bar association involved. Then she replied. No apologies, just some lame excuse. This attorney is a joke. You will never get your money back or get her to do anything to help you.

Hired Tara in January 2016 paid her $1100.00 two filing fees that she never filed with the court. She didn't do anything on either of our cases and has our original legal documents that we provided to her & she has not responded to our voicemail, emails for over a month. Gone to her office several ti...mes and no one is ever there.. She has took our money and our legal documents and really left us with a mess. Would never recommend this attorney to anyone. Found out she has done this to other clients. She disappears for a few months than comes back to take another victims money .

Ms. Warrington is very professional. She communicated with us quickly and guided us through every step of our case helping us understand the process.
