I am married and have a wonderful son who I spend much of my time with. In my work life I am the President of the Tucson Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
I litigated a case of first impression in Arizona which created new case law in favor of debtors who possess an inherited IRA. Bankruptcy law is 99% of my practice. I personally handle every case from start to finish so I produce high quality work and provide very good service.

Stephen and his staff made the entire process less stressful with his knowledge and their support. I hope I never find myself in a similar potion, but if I should, I now know what to expect and who to turn to - thanks Stephen!

An empathetic, compassionate and capable organization
Trezza Law was excellent. I felt the lawyers there had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. They treated with me with compassion, empathy and a touch of humor when needed.
