Review of Recipocal Easement Agreement

We were selling a vacant commercial acre of which we would still have 5.63 acres. The buyer was asking for easements on our remaining land for no consideration. Eadie worked through the request with the buyers Realtor and their engineer. In the end it was a win win for all involved.

Highly recommended!

Took care of our case promptly and effectively

We had an issue with an apartment complex and their collections agency, a problem which was clearly not our fault. Eadie saw what we had, immediately took our case, and promptly got both the apartments and the collections agency off our backs. We also received written documentation from them.

Great and Caring Attorney

Ms Rudder was very professional. Her fast responses to e-mails and phone calls were amazing. She would research any unknown answers to find the right ones, and would always keep me informed. Ms Rudder was prompt, thorough, and very organized. I would recommend her without reservation.

I would absolutely recommend Edith Rudder. She is extremely knowlegeable, prompt and affordable! She is superb in Court, and has handled several matters on my behalf. She has good rapport with the Judge and Court personnel and she is currently on retainer for my present and future needs. I have had ...experience with several other lawyers and would always give my litigation situations to Ms Rudder!
