Dealing with Brian, Lori and Thrush Law Group was the worst experience I have ever had in court, and I have been in court with my ex for 11 years. I normally don't write reviews as I give people the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing. They certainly did not. Lori loves to make threats, har...ass, blackmail, and hang up on people. She blackmailed me today, that if I don't make a payment in full ($6,000) that she would take me to court and put a lien on my home or else. Hung up on me saying, "well, let's find out then." This is harassment. She is completely unprofessional and needs a customer service class. Brian only represented me for three months, which they tried to charge me $13,000. FOR THREE MONTHS AND NO WORK PERFORMED!!! I gave them $5,000 upfront as the retainer and another $2,000 later and was surprised to get an additional bill for $6,000. He talked a big talk in our initial consultation but when it came to court, he just sat there and didn’t say anything. I did ALL the filing with court and only needed a lawyer in court to be able to represent me, make sure things were not lopsided by the other counsel and know the rulings. He never filed any opening statements, never communicated (never answered my emails), got bulldogged by the opposing counsel and left us 15 minutes in an hour to present our case. Luckily, I knew the evidence like the back of my hand and ran through it quickly. If it wasn’t for me, he would have lost. I would have been better off representing myself. He kept on insisting on this COBI counseling which costs $5,000 and even told the opposing party I would be willing to pay for it without my consent. This guy must have thought I was made out of money, because he sure acted like it. I guess if they want to go that route with their threats and blackmail, I will be contacting the State Bar of Arizona to file a complaint on their practices, harassment, blackmail and lack of communication and representation. They are crooks and unprofessional, go elsewhere.

This guy got his but kicked by someone that did not even have a lawyer and represented themselves in court for the first time ever !! Came into court and represented herself and made him look like a beginner!! He failed at every point and seemed as if he was lost !!!! And from the results he was !!!!...!! But at my dime or should I say at the 20K Thrush Law firm charged and did not even finish!!!!!

Brian is all talk. He made sure to talk just long enough to hit the one hour mark of his rate. My disappointed is what motivated me to write this review. I made the mistake of not reviewing attorneys, I'm writing this and hopefully you don't hire this guy. There are good attorneys out there, Brian is... not one of them. Do you own research and you'll find others that have similar comments. Good Luck!
