I am married and have a wonderful son who I spend much of my time with. In my work life I am the President of the Tucson Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
I litigated a case of first impression in Arizona which created new case law in favor of debtors who possess an inherited IRA. Bankruptcy law is 99% of my practice. I personally handle every case from start to finish so I produce high quality work and provide very good service.

Very helpful, informative.
Mr. Trezza and staff were extremely helpful. They constantly updated me on any changes and were very helpful if I had any questions. It’s very intimidating filing for bankruptcy but they made the process very manageable.
