I had a photo radar ticket question...I called the office and within minutes Ryan called me back. I was very stressed due to the fact of having a clean driving record. Ryan took the time to explain the photo radar process advising me not to worry. Ryan sent a follow up email making sure everything was ok. He went out of his way to keep checking to make sure the ticket was dismissed. The ticket was dismissed and I am very thankful for the time he spent.

This law firm is incredibly easy to work with at first. They respond promptly and are very nice. However, they did not perform the services they were contacted for and refuse to issue a refund. Also, they stop being pleasant and quick at responding if money comes up as the subject. I tried several times to resolve the issues via e-mail and calling. Also, I was informed that Ryan Cummings and Rollins would be assigned to the cases. While at court Roger and Jushin were present instead. So expect to be totally confused as R&R is a myriad of lawyers. They were not representing speeding tickets in these cases (that were dropped), so if your case is something else, you best go elsewhere.

Mr. Cummings showed true character by supporting my mental well-being throughout the entire case proceedings. Like most of my career, I blazed trails to the top of the military prestige. I learned a hard lesson from this event and will deal with this for the rest of my life. Yet, without Mr. Cummings and the support he provided it quite possibly could of been a lot worse. From the beginning, I had no trust issues as he was always available and even took my calls during his gym time. His dedication to my case propelled me to find the motivation needed to pursue a new career and get back on track towards a higher calling. In greater detail, every single time I left a voicemail or emailed I received prompt a response. Like every case, they are lengthy. During the time in between court appearances I did my research on what could be next and brought the questions to him. He was able to eliminate the fallacies and make things more clear. Not once did he make a promise of the outcome and if your lawyer does, they are setting you up to fail. Overall, I gave Ryan a 5 star rating because I am still here today because he was there for me at my darkest hour. He is the epitome of a professional and ensures his clients come first. Choose Ryan Cummings to stand for you, he will make sure your words will not be twisted and will represent you well.

When I went to Ryan I was charged with a serious felony and was facing many years in prison. Ryan was very professional, courteous, timely, and confident while representing me for a felony criminal damage charge. I had contemplated utilizing a public defender but looking back I would definitely recommend hiring a private attorney if you can afford it. Besides the peace of mind you get when hiring a private firm, your case will be heard first before other cases with public defenders, making court dates quick and painless.
