I don't believe for a second that Josh has this many good reviews. I would say the majority of these reviews are doctored. In my most vulnerable state, I was taken advantage of not by my ex-wife but by Josh. For the most part, my ex and I were in good agreement and needed help with certain par...ticulars we just couldn't agree on, which is why I felt the need to turn to a lawyer in the first place. The moment Josh met with my ex and her lawyer, he immediately caused harm to my case. He had the idea that it was better that he handled the initial negotiations by himself with me in another room. Huge mistake. He created a mess of everything, and I had to talk my ex out of wanting more than what we had initially agreed upon. After I was able to come to terms with my ex on my own about nearly everything again, Josh was able to ruin it all over again. At this point, he did not want to represent me. Passively, he was begging me to fire him, which happened to be at the end of the process and the most critical part. I ultimately did because he made it so difficult that nothing was being done except charging my credit card. He started off strong and seemed to be on the ball about everything, but as the months wore on, he became negligent and almost put off that I didn't want to email him too frequently so he could charge me a $60 response. He charged me 12 min to read and respond to a single question. He would take calls while driving through traffic and often forget things discussed in those conversations and wait until you set up another phone call or email so he could charge you again to remind him. He would advise me on how to handle situations, and after I did what he advised, he would ask why I made such a poor decision. Going through a divorce is the worst thing in the world, but to get screwed over twice is almost unbearable. It’s pretty bad when your ex feels bad for you enough that if I asked, she would also write a horrible review for him. I basically spent thousands of dollars for Josh to serve my ex and stall my divorce for nearly a year so that I would fire him before the job was over. It seemed as if he was done with me the moment we both decided we wanted to keep our case from going to trial. Please learn from my expensive mistake and stay far away. Sabrina, however, was awesome.
