Worst attorney I've ever paid
Ms. Zimet took my money and quit after meeting with me one time and making one call to the other attorney. She dropped me at a crucial time leaving me exposed and making my position look weak. She got upset because I simply did not want to make empty offers to an unreasonable landlord who I've known...
This client verified that his money was refunded by his words "I received your refund, thank you" sent in an email 9/28. He was fully refunded after a five-day engagement during which, and subsequent to, no court action was filed. The withdrawal was in full compliance with the engagement's terms and necessitated by noncompliance and argumentativeness during the brief engagement.
