Attorney David Enevoldsen is a Phoenix native who is passionate about the law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, David gained extensive experience in the legal field in a variety of capacities for many years.  He worked as a paralegal in various settings including family law, business law, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and asset forfeiture. He has also worked as a legal researcher and a certified legal document preparer.  David had the privilege to extern for Judge Michael Jones (ret.) in the Maricopa County Superior Court and also was a Research Assistant for Judge Stephen Gerst (ret.)

David received numerous honors and distinctions during law school, including awards in moot court, graduating Magna Cum Laude and ranking second in his class.  He has carried this high drive for success into his law practice where he is unrelenting in his pursuit of providing superior representation for his clients.

Great service, very responsive, very helpful.
David (with Gail's support) was very helpful to me in understanding the process, was patient with my questions, and helped me to see that getting a prenuptial agreement is empowering to have financial conversations prior to getting married, so that issues may be resolved prior to getting married. Overall great customer service, and helped me work through what I thought would be a difficult process, but actually turned out to be quite painless. Thanks David and Gail!

Got Exactly the Result I Desired w/ No Pain
David and Chris are consummate professionals. I was referred to them by my former attorney who couldn't take my case. I sat down with them, laid down the facts and asked if they could get me 'X'. He didn't guarantee it but he felt he had a pretty good shot at it and outlined the steps we would take. I was satisfied, signed the retainer, and then Chris and David completely took it off my shoulders. Showed up for all of my hearings for me (3 in total) and got my misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction so nothing criminal on my record. This was a traffic issue and was kept off of my insurance so no rate hike either.

My single best attorney experience in 30 years!
To find lawyers and a firm which exhibits professionalism, competence, reasonable fees and truly delivers on expectations, is the exception not the rule! With Enevoldsen Rike, PLLC. I found a firm who treated me as I would have treated my clients. Both David and Chris listened to my circumstances, asked what my expectations were, researched the facts of the case, made suggestions and recommendations as to what was reasonable to expect, quoted their fee and proceeded to relieve me of the concerns and anxiety associated with any legal issue. The end result was a resolution much better than I expected! He helped me keep my parental rights when they were in danger of being taken away. He filed all the necessary paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. He also appeared in court with me and was well prepared.

David is a lawyer's lawyer . . .
David recently represented me at trial in a family law matter. I should mention that I am a licensed attorney here in Arizona, and chose David as my attorney because of his diligence, compassion, courtroom skills, and general general reputation as a family law attorney. The outcome at trial was almost exactly what I was hoping for, largely because of David's preparation and effective interactions with opposing counsel. I have referred clients to David in the past, and will continue to do so, enthusiastically.

Amazing
I cannot express enough how thrilled I was with the service I received from David. He was patient, professional, and was always available when I needed to talk to him. He took the time to explain legal things in regular terms to help me through a very difficult divorce. He let me vent when I needed to, and then refocused me on what was important in the case, rather than digressing into the fight my ex was trying to get me into. In court, he hammered away point by point, fact by fact presenting the strongest case possible. Without him, I do not think I would have the current visitation schedule I have with my children. He had the judge nodding and agreeing with each legal point as it was presented, and because of his skill, I was able to get almost everything I had asked for. I knew I wasn't going to get everything, but David got me far more than I ever dreamed possible. I have been handing his cards out to everyone I know who mentions needing a lawyer for a divorce. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Awesome job!!!
David was the most awesome lawyer I've ever had. He was very accessible and extremely good at explaining and letting me know what to expect. I highly encourage anyone going through a custody or any family law issues to hire David and let him go work/fight for you.

Great Lawyer and Even a nice person
I am sure you have heard that there is nothing good to say about lawyers, but David is one of the exceptions. He was extremely honest, patient, reasonable on price, easy to talk to, what more can I say without sounding like I was paid to write this? He handled my family law case and was a total dream to work with. They don't come any better. I would highly recommend David for Family Law cases or Litigation. I will recommend him and use David in the future if needed.

Great Attorney!!!
David helped me with a serious family law issue (divorce). David kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood all of the various aspects of my case and included me on each decision and kept me informed every step of the way. I had interviewed another attorney before choosing David, and was really nervous about the case. I am so glad I shopped around! I quickly realized that David was more than adequate for my legal needs. David was always prepared, prompt and professional at every meeting and appearance. David has a solid knowledge of all areas of law in which he practices. I cannot say enough good things about him. My family law case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. During the family law case I even had a breach of contract issue with my home warranty company that I discussed with David and he helped me hold the company accountable and got me what I wanted to settle that case too! Needless to say if I have any legal issues arise in the future, David will be my first choice in legal counsel! !

Recommended for Family/Marriage Matters
David prepared a prenuptial agreement for me, was very professional and knowledgeable about the subject matter, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process. This is one of those areas in life people are sometimes uncomfortable dealing with, and it was great to have David's council throughout the process to guide and inform me of the laws, benefits, and risks of the situation.

Finds a way of getting it done.
I have used David here and there for many different business related things. Always gets what I need done. Also, one time I knew it was not his field, yet he came through again referring me to someone that could help me. If he does not do it.. he will find someone that does.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Caring
David has made an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage. He’s provided me with regular updates about my case, helped me to understand my options and given me realistic expectations of the outcome. David Saved Me Tens of Thousands of Dollars
I retained David to help me with a thorny libel / defamation issue where I was in a pretty bad position. David did a great job of talking to me about all the potential options and risks to my business. Once he was finished, I was much better educated about my position (and about defamation in general!). He was able to negotiate a settlement with the other party that I was quite pleased with and got my company out of hot water. Thank you David!
