Biography
Kyle Packer is admitted to practice law in all Arizona state courts, the Federal District Court of Arizona, and immigration court. His professional career has involved personal injury, criminal law, immigration law, and juvenile dependencies.
With a focus on criminal law, Kyle earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree from Mesa Community College before transferring to Arizona State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in May 2010. His studies at ASU included social justice topics such as inequality and immigration. He qualified for Certificates of Concentration in Socio-Legal Studies as well as Victimology.
Kyle graduated from Phoenix School of Law in December 2012. In addition to the required law courses, he studied bankruptc, estate planning, and participated in a prosecution clinic to gain hands-on, practical experience in criminal law. Following law school, Kyle worked for a personal injury law firm advocating for clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, fighting to get his injured clients fair compensation. Now focusing on criminal law and immigratin law, Kyle still seeks fair results for his clients.
Kyle has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since May 2013 and was admitted to the U.S. Federal Court, District of Arizona in June 2016.
