Frankie Adamo's practice focuses on civil trial and appellate practice with concentrations in the areas of contract disputes, real property transactions and disputes, construction law issue, business law, landlord/tenant issues, civil forfeiture, defamation, fraud, negligence, and other personal or property actions. In 2004, Mr. Adamo attended Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando where he graduated cum laude in 2007. At law school, Mr. Adamo assumed leadership roles such as Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for which he received many awards including Volunteer of the Year. As director of the program, Mr Adamo managed and supervised all aspects of the it including training, volunteers, and operations.
After law school, Frankie began his legal career by helping individuals resolve issues with the IRS as well as helping people accused of committing minor crimes and criminal traffic offenses.
Frankie’s experience in tax is multifaceted and extensive. He has owned and operated a successful tax preparation business since 1995: New-Wave Services. As an attorney, Mr. Adamo represents clients before the IRS and US Tax Court in negotiations, collection due process hearings, and appeals.
Mr. Adamo has owned and managed several multi-unit rental properties since 1993 in Florida and Arizona. Frankie offers his landlord/tenant and real estate clients the special benefit of having experienced first-hand many of their issues such as tenant eviction, contractors, insurance issues, property tax, government, tax preparation, planning, property management, foreclosures, real estate acquisition, and much more.
As a business owner, Mr. Adamo helps new and existing business owners plan and incorporate. Mr. Adamo is the owner of several businesses and is able to provide the insight and advise new and existing business owners need to efficiently operate a successful and profitable business.
Frankie is admitted to the state bars of Arizona and Florida and is a retired member of the DC bar in Washington, DC. Mr. Adamo is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona and the US Tax Court. Mr. Adamo is also admitted to practice in the United States Ninth Circuit as well as SCOTUS.
Before becoming an attorney, Frankie worked in the technology field as a computer programmer/analyst and software trainer. As a programmer/analyst, Mr. Adamo has extensive business application experience in the areas of banking, credit card, manufacturing, government, and billing. Further, Mr. Adamo has copious knowledge of computer software and network operations. In addition, Mr. Adamo is highly skilled in computer architecture and design. As a software trainer, Frankie utilized his excellent communication skills and charming personality to transfer the complexities of software operation to a simple and understandable form.
