I have practiced law for over 30 years. I began my career as a prosecutor and have worked for several law firms. Mostly though, I have had my own law firm and have counseled clients in multiple areas of law including business formations, business sale and purchases and negotiations of all types of documents. Revision of Will and Trust

Greg was very understanding in working with someone who needed it done relatively fast and it dealt with personnel from a bank in another state. There was a lot of communication to get clarity of accounts and specific financial #’s. His light hearted personality made working with him a pleasure. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Hired for Probate.

Reasonable rate, responsive staff, professional results. I live across the country from where probate was needed. Poulos handled it as if I lived next to the courthouse. Emotional issue handled smooth and drama free.

Probate Lawyer Review

I hired the Poulos law firm to handle my mother's probate estate. The complication was that my mother had passed almost 10 years ago and this case was to clear the title on my parent's home which I inherited. Both Gregory and his legal assistant Alexis handled my case in a very quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this law firm.

I was looking for a lawyer to help me with probate if that was the way the "will" called for. Fortunately things worked out on my behalf, but if the need arises in the future Mr. Poulos would be the person I call. Cool, Calm and Had my Back.

I was faced with a nasty situation in a probate matter requiring a court appearance and legal advise. Greg was available to address all my concerns, file the necessary responses to the Petition and appear on my behalf in court. Greg's representation resulted in a Ruling in my favor, and I am relieved and grateful.

Living Trust Guidance

I had great concerns as how to handle my estate at my passing. Greg explained in detail how a will worked as well as a living trust. I decided that a living trust best fit my children and grandchildren. I was guided step by step as to how to handle my residence, auto, insurances and financial accounts. What a relief to feel my children are taken care of.

Nice but not as helpful as others I've consulted on this topic

Have spoken to 3 others on this topic but he was least forthcoming. and what was supposed to be 60 min consult he wrapped up about 30 min in.

I am sorry you did not have a positive experience in the consult. My initial conversations in this field are often limited as until I am engaged I believe it inappropriate to provide specific legal recommendations over the phone. Others may differ. Unfortunately the link in my email to schedule the telephone call did not pass through the Avvo. That link would made the subject matter and duration of the initial call clear in advance and not created a different expectation as the link that was used was for a different type of meeting. Nevertheless, I do appreciate the feed back and will incorporate the comments in the future.
