I have a legal plan at work and this was one of the lawyers on the list to possibly use for some adoption representation. I did have a phone consultation yet ended up using a previous attorney we had from a prior adoption. When i filled out paperwork for reimbursement for adoption costs, my insuranc...e denied and and said they had paid above mentioned law firm. I have sent numerous emails and voice messages to see what they billed me for but to no avail.

I requested a consult with this attorney and got a 5 minute phone call with the legal assistant who forwarded my paragraph explaining my issue. Then without an initial consult or any information about what the firm can do for me in my case tried to send me a retainer agreement and requested $1,000 de...posit and wanted me to ageee to pay $200/hr after my legal insurance to supposedly represent me but who knows for what since it wasn’t even explained what they would be representing me for.
