As Principal and Founder of Troncellito Law, much of my professional attention is devoted to civil matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, civil litigation, entrepreneurial law, mediation, and "fixing people's messes".
I provide legal representation and serve as outside general counsel to firms and companies of all types and sizes – from “mom and pop shops” to companies with $20 million in annual revenues. In this role, I draft and negotiate contracts, handle commercial litigation matters, and perform other legal and consulting services.
I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. I also hold a Bachelor of Science with a dual major from the University of Scranton.
I am admitted to practice in all State and County courts within the State of Arizona and within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Prior to founding Troncellito Law, I was a partner in the firm of Troncellito Van Perusem (previously known as Troncellito & Associates) where my practice involved personal injury matters and commercial document drafting and business litigation. Prior to that, I was a partner in the law firm of Barton & Troncellito for five years.
I also spent nearly five years working for various insurance companies and insurance defense law firms. My training and experience inside the insurance industry, along with my familiarity with industry operations and procedures, serve as a tremendous benefit for my litigation and corporate clients.
Over the years, having been exposed to so many different situations involving business and individual clients, I developed practices and procedures that allow me to offer great legal services at reasonable and affordable rates.
I donate substantial time to community activities. I volunteer with various civic, community, and charitable organizations throughout the greater Phoenix area.
I love to spend time with my wife and two sons, to travel, and to play golf.
