Legal assistance with reclassification of residency for tuition purposes at Arizona Universities.

I retained Alden for a matter concerning my residency reclassification at the university I attend in Arizona. I have lived in Arizona for a number of years and have made it my permanent home but I was still paying out-of-state tuition at my university. I was referred to Alden because of her excellent... reputation, where she has developed a specialized expertise of this nuanced residency reclassification issue with Arizona universities. The applicable state laws and university regulations are difficult to understand and interpret for any college student trying to change their residency classification to "in state" in Arizona. Alden understands all these laws and regulations and more importantly, she knows what evidence Arizona universities consider most important in making reclassification decisions. She was a terrific and patient guide in assisting me with my reclassification paperwork and helping me with a lot of other things I did not know about during this stressful process. I'm happy to share that my university has reclassified me for tuition purposes to "in state" after evaluating my reclassification paperwork. This obviously will save me a lot of money and will make it possible for me to continue my education without having to take another leave of absence to save money. Thank you, Alden!!!

Worth every penny

I appreciate Alden. She was very professional with my case. My case had to prove innocence before the PPAC committee of the Arizona Board of Education. This committee recommends re-certification or termination of an educators credentials/certifications to the State Board. Throughout the process A...lden's tenacity for finding facts and evidence of innocence yielded tremendous peace for my wife and I. With the defense she provided me the State Board attourney decided to cancel the hearing and close the case. I'm truly grateful for the vindication Alden was able bring about for my career, character, and mental well being during this investigation by the State Board of Education.
