Medical Settlement

I am so glad and grateful that I was referred to Jim Higgins. He and his assistant, Cassie, were always so pleasant and reachable (by phone, email or in person). My questions were always answered in a timely matter. I felt he took my settlement case very seriously. Jim was always honest about what co...uld or could not happen. I could not have done this without his help. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great attorney. Thanks Jim!

Action speaks louder than words

I called the Higgins Law Firm about a legal problem after a friend suggested them. I told the lady that answered my needs and she said hold on a minute. In a short time Mr Higgins picked up the phone. After listening to my needs he said my location would make it difficult to handle my case at their h...igh standards. He said he would try to find me an attorney closer to my town that would do a good job. I expected that was the end of it or at best it would be days. I heard from him in less than an hour with a name of an attorney in my area. In this day and times this kind of professionalism is rare and I was impressed. This man has integrity. He went "ABOVE AND BEYOND" as far as I'm concerned and I would recommend him and his firm for anyone because he is truthful and tell you if he thinks he's not the best person for your needs. And he wouldn't accept any money for this service. Thanks Mr Higgins!!

Cassie the paralegal was excellent

Cassie was super helpful and took an hour out of her busy day to explain workers compensation settlement procedures over the phone. All of this and the best part was the cost. She charged me absolutely nothing and offered further help if it was needed. I hope she truly understands how much that meant... to me.

Excellent Firm

Hired Higgins for help with personal injury. Genuine group of people that truly care about the well-being of those they help. Kept me well informed every step of the way, and worked diligently to help me get the help I needed!

Extremely Helpful and Very Professional

Given mine and my families need for an informed and patient attorney, Jim was that and more. Not only was he helpful, but patient, understanding, respectful and quite diligent. If needed for any of my family or friends in the future I will send them Jim's direction.
