Extremely Grateful

Trying to find an attorney (or ANY service provider in today's world!) is one of my very least favorite chores to do. Just going through intake screenings for attorneys, after you try choosing, one is a pain enough. I am glad that law offices I had attempted to use for this case, before I chose Ed, h...ad some conflicts of interest. If they had not, then I would not have had the chance to meet and work with him. I did not have a long, detailed legal quest to deal with. It would not have been worth a lot of money to anyone. This is one reason I was so impressed and admired Ed for how he still took this work to heart. He listened to me and discussed frankly the options and the probabilities of outcomes. He did not treat me like my ideas or opinions were of no value just because I am not educated in the legal system. He also was very upfront about costs and did not want me to waste my money on a dead end street. He provided me information on how I could file with goverment agencies in regards to my Wrongful Termination issue. Over all, what I can say is that, I am NOT anyone who will give a good referal to someone who does not really deserve it. If you need Labor Law/Employment advocate- definitely call Ed Robaina. I would call him again and tell anyone else to.

Excellent Counsel for Employment Law Cases

I had the fortune of working with Robaina & Kresin for an employment law issue. Edmundo Robaina, a principal of the firm, was the attorney for my case. Throughout the matter, I appreciated Ed's experience and expertise. He painted the legal framework for us to set a clean legal strategy together.... He was thorough in understanding the points of the case. His focused but calm demeanor was effective throughout, as was our mutual want to create a respectful context for everyone involved to achieve a good outcome. Just as impressive, Ed was able to achieve more than what I had mapped out as a reasonable conclusion for all parties. And we concluded things in about two months. The firm's rates are very fair, especially given his strong record in litigation, relationships in the Valley, and the speed with which we were able to conclude things. In terms of overall value, Robaina & Kresin is a superior firm versus others I've worked with in my professional career. Ed and his team are an exceptional resource for employment law matters. There is a good reason why they are rated so well.

Outstanding Attorney

I was involved with Edmundo on a case approximately two years ago. He handled the matter for some time and was outstanding throughout. Extremely knowledgable, experienced, aggressive and obtained an outstanding result. What impressed me most, however, was his integrity. There were some points in the ...case where he could have cut some ethical corners and he refused to do so. Overall, I am familiar with a number of attorneys in employment law and I would rate him at the top of his field.

Excellent attorney representation

In the course of the past two years, with regards to my sexual harassment case, I have had to work with three separate legal firms. It was my good fortune to have Ed Robaina be my final legal representative against a large and intimidating company. Ed is judicially savvy and demonstrated his out...standing grasp of the judicial system. He understood my needs, answered all my questions, and explained all possible implications and outcomes of each legal action we under took. Ed is honest, capable, and technically proficient. I had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting and interacting with the majority of his office colleges and staff. I have the highest level of respect for them and for all they accomplished. A great lawyer is invaluable. Ed worked hard for my best interest and I highly recommend him.

Wrongful termination compaint settled

This case took 2.5 years to settle but I never lost hope that it would be end in a favorable outcome. Ed is very thorough and was very upfront about the different outcomes that could happen. He is very personable and was committed to my case. His enthusiasm and interest in my case gave me the conf...idence that he attain a favorable outcome for me. I highly recommend him for his expertise in employment law and ADA issues. He was recommended to me by the lawyer that represents my employee group association but he could no longer represent me because I was terminated.
