Caroline A Pilch

I have, for more than 29 years, represented individuals and business in a wide range of employment and business related legal matters including complex wage claims, breach of contract, trade secrets, unfair competition, employment discrimination and wrongful termination.  As part of that representation, I present in-house seminars explaining federal and state laws governing payment of waes and employer/employee conduct in the workplace.

In addition to my practice in employment and business related legal matters, I have extensive experience representing individuals in personal injuryand wrongful death matters.  I also offer private mediation services.  My experience, both as a litigator and as a judge pro tem who has conduct dozens of settlement conferences, provides me with unique insight into the dynamics that occur during a mediation.  I use that experience and insight to assist parties in reaching a final, acceptable, resolution to their issues. 

When I am not practiciing law, I spend time traveling.  I enjoy visiting other countries as well as different regions of the U.S.  I also enjoy golf although I really cannot claim to be very good at it!
