An ideal partner for difficult employment law situations

I was very nervous to begin discussions with an attorney about the gender-based pay equity discrimination that I was experiencing in the workplace. Ashley Marton turned out to be exactly the legal professional I was looking for -- an attorney who was very easy to work with, highly communicative, appr...oachable, and a true partner in my lawsuit. I worked with her regularly over several years as our lawsuit gradually moved through the system. Ashley always answered my questions and maintained a clear focus and direction for all our actions. She prepared me well for a smooth deposition. Ultimately, she brought the case to a reasonable settlement with my employer. It is my hope that this pay equity case will be part of an ever-increasing body of legal pressure that will help support professional women in the decades to come, and I appreciate Ashley's big-picture thinking on the social justice contribution that lawsuits such as mine can make.

Employment Exit-

"I cannot thank my attorney enough for their exceptional guidance and negotiation skills during a challenging transition out of a toxic employment situation. They adeptly negotiated a fair exit salary for me, ensuring that I left with the respect and compensation I deserved. Their professionalism and... dedication were evident throughout the process, making a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal assistance in employment matters."

Winning Support

Working with Ashley Marton made a scary process feel manageable. She not only provided top-of-the-line service in representing me, but she also walked me through the process in an accessible way that made me feel comfortable with the decisions I was making. I would highly recommend Ashley Marton and ...her firm with employment law services. The firm is transparent, doesn't apply pressure, and maintains solid communication throughout the process.

Highly recommend

Ms. Marton was incredible to work with. She knows labor law inside and out and had no problem explaining it to me without a lot of jargon. I hired her for a gender bias case and she was able to work through the details and explain the law to me while treating me as an equal and a valued client. She w...as very professional while working through my case with me and the other attorneys but was also very personable while talking with me. During my fight against my employer I felt unheard, devalued and ignored. From the first moment I spoke with Ms. Marton she heard my concerns and helped me understand that I was being treated unfairly and was one of the first people in my life who was willing to go to bat for me. I highly recommend Ms. Marton and would hire her again should I find myself in a similar situation.
