Mr. Knoller is extremely well versed in employment law. I particularly appreciated that he had experience working for the EEOC, so he knew the ins and outs of the complaint process. He has no interest in wasting your time or his, which will save you from incurring unnecessary billable hour fees. He h...

Stay away from this Guy! Because I hired Mr. Knoller for an ADA Discrimination & Retaliation Case on a Contingency Basis. He withdrew within 30 days after filing Complaint because I wouldn't say "yes" or "no" to his proposed settlement amount with no explanation. He claimed he already explained my d...
I take contingent fee cases, but to do so I have to feel the potential client is reasonable and will follow my advice. This particular person told me what she wanted in way of recovery. I told her I would not take her case. She then told me she would agree to an amount more than a certain figure. I told her to send me that in writing. She did so. I charged her nothing. I filed the lawsuit and asked for authority to settle between two amounts greater than what she had told me in writing would be agreeable to her. She refused and insisted upon an astronomical amount. I told her she was not honoring her agreement and she should find another attorney. I moved to withdraw. The court granted my motion. This individual has emailed me very vile statements as well as having filed a bar complaint which was summarily dismissed, This lady had an attorney before me and at least 3 after have declined to represent her. I have successfully represented many clients on a contingent fee. I am semi-retired and refuse to represent, or continue to represent, clients whom I believe are unreasonable or refuse to take my advice. I tried to help this person, but would not continue to represent her once she breached her agreement with me. She has had a significant amount of time to find another attorney, even with the court’s help, but to no avail. She was not treated like garbage, but was represented for free briefly.

4 years I always thought of attorneys as some of the biggest criminals in the world. They weren't there for their clients they were there for themselves. Guy changed my mind on that. I have used Guy a few times for wrongful termination cases. Guy was upfront honest and went out of his way to make sur...

Talked to Guy over the phone to explain my case. He said to come in the next day to chat about it in person. I expected it to be a free consultation as indicated by his Avvo profile. Upon arrival, he told me that he'd forgotten to tell me his going rate, which happened to be an exorbitant amount per ...
There was a misunderstanding. When it was brought to my attention I apologized. The check sent in payment was torn up. There was no charge.
"I have known Mr. Knoller for over 40 years. Some years ago we worked together at the same law firm. Later, ,while we were no longer at the same firm we worked on the same side of federal court litigation involving patent and copyright infringement issues. Mr. Knoller is extremely well qualified to handle any and all matters he undertakes. He is hardworking, creative, and well prepared. I recommend him to anyone looking for representation."

"I have practiced law in Phoenix for 38 years. My Dad practiced in Phoenix for 50 years and my son is now an attorney practicing with me in Phoenix and Austin, Texas. I am well acquainted with the Phoenix legal community, as well as, throughout Arizona. I officed with and practiced with Guy for over 20 years. It is easy to recommend Guy as one of the best lawyers I have ever known and have worked with on significant litigation matters. He is smart, tenacious, disciplined, ethical and fair in his dealings.
