Excellent Attorney!

I’m so grateful a friend referred me to Adam Feldman! He is an excellent attorney. During my DUI case (and a very difficult time in my life) he had my best interest in mind. He was a thorough advocate for me and my rights. He fought hard to reach the best outcome for me and walked me through each s...tep along the way of the legal process, always keeping me in the loop on any kind of developments. He’s very kind, understanding and is great at helping you feel at ease during difficult moments. And all of this he offered at an affordable rate and payment plan! Anyone who hires him will be happy they did. He truly is one of the good ones!

Responsiveness, Compassion, Integrity and Tremendous listening skills are only a few of Adam's best attributes

Most people would probably agree that a great attorney is one who can just get you out of a sticky situation, whether it’s a DUI, speeding ticket, warrant or jail. In actuality, there are qualities beyond analytical skills and research/investigation skills that a great attorney has that makes them st...and out above the rest, such as responsiveness, compassion, integrity and tremendous listening skills. And without a doubt, Attorney Adam Feldman possesses all of these skills and qualities. In the past, I have hired some of the so-called big names in the industry specific to the nature of the crime I was accused of. After being re-arrested for an allegation that was never investigated, I contacted my last attorney who is very well-known in the community. Although there was no evidence supporting the allegation in any way, he wanted nearly $100,000 to take the case. I was told that if I lost at trial, my sentence would likely be 130-160 years. I contacted another well-know Phoenix law firm that wanted close to the same amount of money to represent me and stated up-front that they could probably get me ONLY 10 years. I had also contacted several other attorneys and all of them left me feeling like once they received my money, the communication would become scarce. One law firm made me feel like they were selling me a car. I was at a loss and feeling hopeless while languishing in jail. While in jail, I happened to meet a guy who had a very high-profile case who said that Adam Feldman did an amazing job for him and that he was going to be released soon. I called Adam’s cell phone and he came to see me the very same day. He carefully looked at my case and said the only reason that I was arrested was because of a prior conviction. “I can help you,” he said. I knew right then that I wanted Adam Feldman to represent me as my attorney. From the moment I hired Adam, he hit the ground running filing motion after motion. The whole case, and my outlook, changed immediately. I could tell that the prosecution was out-matched every time I went to court with Adam. He has a very polite, easy manner about him. He seemed well-liked and respected by judges, despite the fact that he was shredding the prosecution’s case. Even though he always seemed to be in trial, I never felt neglected. Never have I had an attorney give me his cell phone number. I can’t begin to explain how comforting it was while in jail to know I had an attorney who I could call at any time. Oftentimes, he would have me call him in the evenings and on the weekends. At all times, Adam kept me informed and he was personally engaged in my case. It was encouraging to see Adam win case after case while I waited to go to trial. After each win, I sincerely congratulated him and each time he was always humble and excited about getting ready to win my case next. After my release, Adam didn’t just shake my hand and disappear. He continued to file motions and work for me even though his job was technically done. When nobody else believed in me, he did. I would not be free if it wasn’t for Adam Feldman. Thank you, Adam. Thank you for going above and beyond. Without a doubt, you have changed my life. And for that, I am eternally grateful. Sincerely, Dan

Simply The Best!

Last year I had been charged with super extreme DUI and needless to say I needed some serious help with my case. Adam Feldman was recommended to me and from the first meeting with him I knew this was the man for the case. Adam is extremely confident and professional lawyer. All throughout my case he ...kept me informed and gave me the facts and never pushed me one way or the other. He gave me the facts and options and let me decide. A month ago my case was dismissed. Let me tell you this was the best Christmas gift ever. I get a second chance because of the knowledge and skill of Adam Feldman. I will definitely recommend Adam to anyone that needs a Good Lawyer. I was very pleased with the reasonable fee for a Lawyer of this Caliber. I paid a fee upfront and that was it. Thank you very much Adam Feldman. God Bless you!

Best criminal attorney!

Adam Feldman is an amazing criminal attorney! His abilities, diligence, experience, and professionalism ensure a positive outcome in any case. Recently, he represented my younger brother in a very complex criminal case. The sentence ranged from a minimum of 3.5 years, up to a max of 8 (aggravated ass...ault with a deadly weapon). Adam was able to negotiate with the prosecutor without the need for trial! The judge agreed with him and ruled on a sentence of 2.0 years, with time served, and no probation. Since the initial start he explained everything in detail and charged a flat fee. We are extremely grateful with his representation. During our case he we was very calm, assertive and confident! He fought for our case with aggressiveness and did not settle. Like my brother’s case, I can testify of many others. Adam is also skill full in immigration matters. He is someone you can trust and very dependable. He is simply the best criminal attorney in Arizona….. Thank you very much! Your representation changes lives…

If you've found yourself more than waist deep in it, my experience may help you with your decision. #KeptIt100

Let me start off by saying that I found myself in a situation that I never thought I would find myself in. What I thought would be a thoughtful thing to do ended up being a nightmare that began to ruin my life. I ended up in jail and had 5 charges against me. Count 1: Aggravated Assault-class 3 felon...y, Count 2: Criminal Damage-class 6 felony, Count 3: Criminal Damage- class 2 misdemeanor, Count 4: Hit and Run w/ Injury-class 5 felony, and Count 5: Theft-class 6 felony. I was facing a mandatory prison sentence of 7 years just for count 1 and up to 15 years in prison including all 5 counts. Needless to say I believed my life was ruined. I had just gotten my degree in the medical field and I had goals for the future but with this on my record I knew it was never going to happen especially with my fingerprint clearance card being suspended. I spoke to a couple lawyers and I was dissatisfied with all of them. To me they didn't seem like they were going to be aggressive/experienced enough for my case. I prayed and stumbled upon Adams name so I figured I would get a consult from him. Obviously I chose him! He was always available to answer my questions and meet with me if need be. He was always straight forward with me and let know what was going on good or bad. He was even caring enough to correct me when I was doing things that could potentially hurt my case. Some lawyers don't care they are just in it for the money. Speaking of that, you have to spend a bit to get Adam as your lawyer but he works with you and gives kind reminders if you're falling behind with payment. He also doesn't expect you to pay him before the case is over which is definitely a good thing if you have other responsibilities. Anyway, during the whole thing he kept me informed. He informed me of any plea offers and played out the pros and con's of accepting one. I declined the plea deal because I wanted to fight for my innocence and Adam was ready to get in the ring for me. That's good because some lawyers just push and push you to plea out even when you have the potential to win or get something better. I know you're wondering how trial went and how well he performed? Let me say the prosecutor was a bi**h from hell. I wish i could describe her better. She tried to find any little piece of evidence to screw my life over. That being said, Adam nailed it! I was completely impressed. He owned his nickname 'Pitbull!' He did the necessary investigation and spoke to the parties involved and got as much information as possible to defend me. The verdict came back not guilty on all counts! Now something that made me a little unsure about my case was to me before trial Adam seemed very chill and layed back while I was bugging out. Honestly it made me doubt him a little but he completely put my mind at ease day 1 of trial. Side note if you have cops involved like I did, he'll slay them. Anyway, honestly I could go and on because there was a lot of craziness that went on but I hope what I did write helps you in making your decision. If you choose not to choose Adam, I hope the defense you find helps you. If you do choose Adam, don't just sit back and do nothing, work with him and let him defend you! Sorry I know this isn't very proper but I feel I need to say this. I am black, so if you are a person of color, you know how AZ is with us at times especially when it comes to cops and court. With that being said Adams got your back. My record is clean! I definitely thank God for Adam Feldman! Thanks again Adam...seriously!
